The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No.167 of 2015 for the offences punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(A) of the Excise Act.
The petitioner stands charged with business of illicit liquors.
Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the FIR placed at Annexure-1 submits that the quantification is upon estimation and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having heard and considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties let the petitioner, namely, Virendra Mallah in the event of his arrest or surrender within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53505 of 2015 (3) dt.18-12-2015 four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No.167 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
