NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 Heartd learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna. No one appears on behalf of the State Bank of Inida. Petitioner's father expired from the post of Chowkidar on 31.10.2011 and he prays for family pension. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Accountant General that the PPO has been prepared and sent by the Treasury Officer to the State Bank of India, Saharsa Branch vide letter No. 425 dated 12.09.2018, as is evident from Annexure- C of the counter affidavit filed by the Respondent No. 5, the Senior Treasury Officer, Saharsa.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Saharsa on 17th December, 2018

Patna High Court CWJC No.12993 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 and after all process, the PPO prepared by the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna and sent by the Senior Treasury Officer, Saharsa dated 12.09.2018 would be deposited in the account of the petitioner.
