The petitioner has been arrested in connection with (Gangta) Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though, there is allegation of assault against Mukesh Pandit and Munna Pandit. However, Munna Pandit has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. no. 39191 of 2015 and the case of the petitioner is on similar footing.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with G.R. No. 692 of 2015 arising out of (Gangta) Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2015. m.p.
