2406812/= (Rs. Twenty four lakhs six thousand eight hundred twelve only) to the petitioner which is lying withheld in spite of the petitioner having completed the entire work since January 2020 and the respondents having prepared bill for payment to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner shall be content if the present petition is disposed of, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum and to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law.

Prayer allowed.

The petition is disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
