2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 861 of 2021 instituted under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. The petitioner is an absconder in a case registered in the year 2021.

4. Considering the aforesaid, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to surrender within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail which shall be considered on its own merits in accordance with law. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
