The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and it appears from perusal of impugned order that name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of co-accused Prabhat Manjhi who has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 29821 of 2017 on 21.07.2017. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that she is innocent and has not committed any offence. He submits that FIR is against 15-20 unknown persons and there is

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IXth, Saran, Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 327 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
