JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-08-2018 The petitioner claims herself to be duly appointed Secretary of Sarswati Madhya Vidayalay, Kanhauli, Vishundatta, Mushari and Parwati Madhya Vidyalay, Budh Nagar, Jaganath, Mushari, Muzzaffarpur. A direction is being sought in the present application to the respondents to grant permanent/regular approval to both the minority schools (primary) as described in paragraph 4 of the writ application. From the pleadings on record, it appears that neither the petitioner nor any person, concerned with these schools, has approached the State respondents for grant of
Patna High Court CWJC No.12408 of 2018(2) dt.18-08-2018 2/2 approval/recognition. In such circumstances, no relief as sought in the writ application can be granted.
The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the competent authority for grant of recognition/approval, which, according to her, the schools are entitled to. If any application in this regard is made by the petitioner before the competent authority, the same shall be considered and disposed of accordingly.
This application stands disposed of.
