Petitioners are named in the first information report but only suspicion was raised against the petitioners on the ground of previous enmity and furthermore, in course of investigation, some witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioners and other accused in company of the deceased prior to recovery of his dead body and, therefore, at best it is a case of last seen and admittedly, none has seen actual killing of the deceased.
Accordingly, petitioners, named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 413 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, District-Patna. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
