The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.01.2020 to the extent that the bail has been granted by this Court "to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur" whereas the correct judicial officer would be " to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge,IInd- cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Bhagalpur".

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the statement made in the modification application, I am inclined to modify the order dated 20.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.86539 of 2019 that instead of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, the correct judicial officer be
