JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It appears that except three live cartridges, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and so far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it is submitted that when petitioner was arrested in the present case, he was remanded in other cases also.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
