2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patna Cyber P.S. Case No. 1537 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 318 (4), 319 (2), 111 (1) (3) (4) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita & Sections 66 (C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act.
3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 10.09.2024.
4. As per the case of prosecution the allegation against petitioner is to cheat different people along with other co-accused persons by impersonating as police officials.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the nothing incriminating was found in possession of petitioner, who is said to be arrested on spot itself, except ATM Card of PNB, which was in his name. It is submitted that accused Imtiyaz Ali who was apprehended along with this petitioner was granted bail by one of the learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 13228 of 2025 dated 13.05.2025. While concluding the argument it is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent, and moreover, investigation has already completed, and as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
6. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, opposes the prayer for bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of nature of accusations, where similarly situated co-accused person has already granted bail by one of the learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court as discussed aforesaid, coupled with the fact as petitioner remains in custody since 10.09.2024, accordingly above named
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14544 of 2025(4) dt.07-08-2025 3/3 petitioner, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Patna Cyber P.S. Case No. 1537 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-X, Patna/concerned court, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 480(3) of the B.N.S.S.
