Patna High Court CWJC No.2926 of 2022 dt.13-12-2022 2/2 construction of N.H.-85, Chapra-Siwan-Gopalganj Section EPC.
Dr. K.N.Singh states that entire stretch of road stands completed as also road is now fully functional and operational.
We are further informed that 500 meters of stretch of road would be completed.
We are happy to record that on account of efforts put in by all the learned counsel and more specifically, Shri P.K.Shahi, learned Amicus Curiae, construction is now complete and the road is fully functional and operational. Needless to say, the road would be maintained, as is so executed, in terms of and under the agreement entered into between the NHAI and the concessionaire/contractor. Present proceedings stands closed.
