2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 95 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-inlaw of the deceased. They are in jail since 24.08.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. There is general allegation levelled against the petitioners.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18376 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-I, Masaurhi in connection with Dhanarua P.S.
