JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 05/11/2014 in a case registered under Section 401 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner was apprehended from railway platform along with one another person and from his possession one knife was recovered. It is further alleged that he along with his associate was engaged in pick pocketing. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the petitioner was apprehended and a statement to that effect has been made in para 8 of the petition. Consdering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate,
