Agarwal, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 363 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim lady is the second wife of the petitioner who is missing since 7.2.2018.

In the present case, an allegation has been made against the petitioner to have kidnapped the daughter of the Informant for non-fulfillment of demand of Rs. 2,00,000/-. Looking to the manner in which the daughter of the Informant is missing, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8631 of 2020(6) dt.15-01-2021 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
