JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No. 694 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 3.75 litres of liquor from the possession of the petitioner. Apart from that he is accused in two more cases.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has been in judicial custody since 09.12.2019 and chargesheet has been submitted.
