2. This writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner primarily for direction to respondents concerned to appoint these petitioners on the post of lecturer in the light of order passed by this Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 7905 of 2019 vide order dated 14.08.2020 (Nitu Kumari Vs. State of Bihar & ors. )
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to file fresh representation before ( respondent No.
10) i. e,. the Vice-Chancellor, Lalit Narayan Mithila University Darbhanga , with all the necessary documents in his support.
4. If such representation is filed by the petitioners within six weeks from today, respondent No. 10 is directed to
Patna High Court CWJC No.4232 of 2024(2) dt.22-10-2024 3/3 dispose of the same in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation .
5. This writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
