The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that first information report has been lodged against unknown persons. Petitioner has been made accused on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused, Pintu Kumar @ Pintu Paswan, who has been granted bail vide order dated 03.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20592/2015. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent. It is also contended that the charge-sheet has already been submitted. It is further submitted that neither there is any recovery of incriminating articles from the possession of the

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, Pankaj Kumar, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.157/2015.
