Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the writ application is covered by the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 501 of 2017 dated 14.11.2017.

If the case of the petitioners is similar to the case of

Patna High Court CWJC No.255 of 2018 dt.19-01-2018 2/2 appellant in L.P.A. No. 501 of 2017, dated 14.11.2017, the respondents are required to extend the same benefit to the present petitioners.

In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the case of the petitioners in the light of the decision of the Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 501 of 2017. Decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
