The petitioners are in custody in connection with Nawada Town (Bundelkhand) P.S. Case No. 676 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 302, 323, 120 (b) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that after investigation police has submitted final form as a mistake of fact.

Considering the fact that police after investigation has submitted final form as " Tathya Ke Bhul", let the petitioners named above, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees
