Petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, one lap top of Dell company along with one keyboard were recovered from house of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid seized article was not put on Test Identification Parade and as a matter of fact, the seized article is not stolen property of the present case.

Considering the aforesaid submission as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner in jail custody since 05-08-2015, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara.
