Mr. Girish Pandey, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 19-06-2025 On call, none appears for petitioner. However, learned counsel for the Bihar State Election Commission, Patna is present.

02. Learned counsel for the Bihar State Election Commission submits that the matter has become infructuous since election of Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat-Uttar Jangal Mahal held in the year 2016 has been challenged, but thereafter another election has been conducted in the year 2021 and therefore, the present petition has not remained maintainable.

03. Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the Bihar State Election Commission and finding that Election Petition No. 01 of 2016, in which the impugned order has been passed, has become infructuous in itself, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
