JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One loaded country-made pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 10-05-2015. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that prior to institution of the present case, petitioner has been made accused in two cases but when petitioner was arrested in connection with the present case, he was remanded in two other cases i.e. Buddha Colony P.S. Case Nos. 83 of 2015 and 111 of 2015. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
