The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Araria (Mahila) P.S. Case No.82 of 2019 registered under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. From perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the informant. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
