The petitioner, who is a Panchayat Teacher, has filed this writ petition challenging the Memo No. 1197 dated 10.11.2022 issued by the Block Development Officer-cumExecutive Officer, Narpatganj, District-Araria, whereby, the petitioner has been transferred from Upgraded Middle School, Jharkaha to Upgraded Middle School, Balua.

3. Since the petitioner is Panchayat Teacher, in view

Patna High Court CWJC No.4044 of 2023(5) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari versus the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above liberty to the petitioner.
