Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Manni Yadav @ Manni Kumar who is said to have been caught on the spot. The co-accused Manni Yadav @ Manni Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Moreover, the informant claimed that the petitioner was wellknown to him, prior to the alleged occurrence but the informant has not claimed to have identified the petitioner at the time of alleged occurrence.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1809 of 2016 (2) dt.28-01-2016 2/2 the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwali (Tatarpur) P.S.
