2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 21.08.2017 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Sirari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017.

3. From the reading of the FIR and other materials available on record, it appears that prima facie, offences are made out against the petitioner for taking cognizance.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage.
