The instant Criminal Miscellaneous has been filed for modification of order dated 09.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25936 of 2015 submitting that the name of father of the petitioner is Late Ram Sharan Bind but due to mistake in the application it was typed as Bhutta Bind resulting the petitioner has not been released and is suffering in custody and as such name be corrected as Fulchand Bind son of Late Ram Sharan Bind @ Bhutta Bind. The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that in the FIR there is only one Fulchand Bind and as such correction can be done. Accordingly, the instant Criminal Miscellaneous is allowed and in the cause title of the order dated 09.10.2015 let it be read as "Fulchand Bind son of Late Ram Sharan Bind @ Butta
