Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that opposite party No.2 is still threatening the informant and for that FIR has been lodged before police (Annexure-2) and further it appears that information has been given to the police and that is still under investigation.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the order granting anticipatory bail to opposite party No.2. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
