====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bathwaria (Chautarwa) P.S. Case No. 333 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is married sister of the husband of the deceased and has been falsely roped in the case. There is no specific allegation as against her.

Taking into consideration of the aforesaid aspects and on perusal of the case diary, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner and in the event of arrest she shall be released on bail, subject to the conditions
