JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in view of the fact that the father of the petitioner had died two years after his voluntary retirement from the services of the Food Corporation of India.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, in the interest of justice, it is directed that the petitioner, if so advised, may file a representation before the competent authority for appointment on appropriate post within four weeks from today and the competent authority shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and speaking order.
