NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 11-12-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner who superannuated from the post of Chowkidar w.e.f. 12.10.2017 claims payment of C.P.F. with interest.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.5,Assistant Engineer, Minor Irrigation SubDivision, Rohtas, District- Sasaram, stating therein that the C.P.F. deducted from the salary of the petitioner along with the interest amounting to Rs.75,181/- had been credited in the Account of the petitioner on 22.11.2018 which is reflected in

Patna High Court CWJC No.11683 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 paragraph 10 of the counter affidavit.

Considering the statement made in the counter affidavit as no further claim survives, this writ application is disposed of accordingly.
