The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence of murder and merely on suspicion the petitioner has been implicated in this case. Only suspicion against the petitioner is to have committed assault due to dispute for mobile. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 03.08.2018. Investigation of the case is complete. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
