Allegation has been made in the first information report that grand daughter of the informant along with another girl went to School. When she did not return, the informant found some foul act. On search, it was found that Md. Guljar (petitioner) took away his grand daughter by giving allurement of sweets, as has been claimed that the petitioner carries bad reputation in the society. On search, grand daughter of the informant was found unconscious situation at railway station. It has been alleged that grand daughter of the informant was made unconscious for the purposes of her sale.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17th August 2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51403 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer after one year of jail-custody.
