JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased, who died within a month of her marriage in other than normal circumstances.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that father of the petitioner faced trial before the learned 3rd Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in Sessions Trial No. 355 of 2013 and acquitted of the charges vide judgment dated 17.04.2014 and taking note of the aforesaid fact other in laws of the deceased have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.36625 of 2015 (4) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner is in jail custody since 09.01.2015, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 339 of 2015 arising out of Sakara P.S. Case No. 27 of 2012.
