2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 117(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..
3. As per prosecution case, allegation against this petitioner is that he, along with other accused persons named in the F.I.R., assaulted informant's grand son by means of rod and gadasa due to which he sustained injuries on his head.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent, has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. There are general and omnibus allegations of assault against all the accused persons and there is no specific accusation of overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner claims

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, general and omnibus nature of accusation and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Motihari, District- East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 503 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
