The petitioner being the husband of the victim has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 388 of 2014 arising out of Vaishali P.S. Case No. 273 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the daughter of the informant was killed within six months of the marriage since petitioner had illicit relationship with his sister-in-law and nonfulfillment of dowry demand. The report of the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur dated 22.03.2016 reflects that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54073 of 2015 (3) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 the matter is fixed for final argument.
In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Accordingly, this application is disposed of. It is expected from the learned trial court to conclude the trial expeditiously, if the same has not been concluded as yet.
