The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 155/2011, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 01.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40319/2017.

This Court finds that no fresh ground has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is again rejected.

No.24425 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
