Petitioner happens to be rice miller and accusation against him is that he failed to supply rice as per agreement executed between the parties and accordingly, he embezzled huge government money. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even if the prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, it is a case of breach of contract and moreover, several cases were registered against several persons and this court has granted privilege of bail to some persons who were made accused in other cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
