The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Buxar(T) P.S. Case No.476 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341,323, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners not only forcefully entered the house of the informant but also brutally assaulted causing ten injuries to him, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners is rejected.
