Mr. Anil Kumar Singh, GP-26 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed half baked writ application without any supporting documentary evidence.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner was dismissed from services which was challenged by him before the Labour Court. The Labour Court has passed an award on 29.04.1986 directing the respondent to reinstate the petitioner and pay him retiral benefits. Copy of the award has not been annexed. In my opinion, the writ application cannot be entertained in absence of relevant documents. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
