JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. It is fairly submitted at the Bar that this writ application can be disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 7.08.2015 rendered by a coordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No.1711 of 2014 and its analogues matters as the impugned notice has already been set aside with respect to the aforesaid writ petitioners.
Accordingly, this writ application is also allowed in terms of the aforesaid decision.
As a result, the impugned notice as contained in Annexure-2, as against the petitioner, is quashed and set aside and the petitioner would be at liberty to appear before the Sub-
Patna High Court CWJC No.365 of 2016 (2) dt.02-03-2016 2/2 Divisional Officer, Nalanda by filing her application for settlement which would be considered and disposed of by him or any other competent authority on its own merit and in accordance with law bearing in mind the policy decision dated 12.5.1971.
