The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail, which was earlier twice rejected vide order dated 24.3.2015 and 18.2.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 906 of 2014 and 41590 of 2014 respectively on the ground of delay in trial as not a single witness up till now has been examined and in near future the trial is not likely to be concluded which is evident from the report of learned trial judge.

Finding no good ground of reconsideration of prayer for bail of petitioner, again his prayer for bail stands rejected in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53054 of 2015 (3) dt.17-02-2016 2/2 connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 368 of 2013 giving rise to Session Trial No. 196/14/46/14. However, the trial court is again directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within 6 months after keeping the same on day to day basis, failing which the petitioner may be at liberty to renew his prayer.
