The petitioner seeks bail in Parihar P.S. case No.271/2019 registered under Section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. The petitioner was apprehended while he was carrying 179 liters of Saurabh Saufi, Nepali liquor.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2019 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of
