Petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the Respondents Authority to construct the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6217 of 2021(2) dt.27-08-2021 2/2 Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan in the headquarters of Gram Panchayat, Bakwa in accordance with Government Resolution (Annexure-5) to the supplementary affidavit.

Learned counsel submits that a detailed representation in this regard has been filed by the petitioner and villagers before the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. Learned counsel for the State submits that District Magistrate/Respondent No.5 may be directed to dispose the representation in accordance with law within a reasonable time frame.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of dispute, the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra/Respondent No.5 is directed to dispose the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law (Annexure-2) within the period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
