JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, deceased left his home in the company of petitioners and later on, his dead body was recovered. In course of investigation, some witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioners quarreling with the deceased, prior to recovery of his dead body. Even if, the aforesaid material assumed to be true, then also at best, it is a case of last seen. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
