In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No.229 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The dispute arose on account of entry in the Durga Puja Pandal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant himself is history-sheeter and he might have been stopped by the people of the locality as there was likelihood that he may create nuisance in the Pandal, which is the reason for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9568 of 2019(2) dt.18-02-2019 2/2 lodging of this case.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case no.229 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
