JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2022 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 17.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7747 of 2020 to the effect that the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in order to avail the privilege of bail be extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

No.11294 of 2022(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/3 could not receive information within time with regard to grant of bail vide order dated 17.06.2020, however, now she has returned back and has come to know about the aforesaid order dated 17.06.2020, granting bail to the petitioner. Thus, it is submitted that a sympathetic view be taken and the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in order to avail the privilege of bail be extended by a further period of four weeks.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions/ averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant further four weeks' time to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court of C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Pranpur (Roshna) P.S. Case No. 167 of 2019 for the purposes of availing the privilege of bail. The order dated 17.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7747 of 2020 stands modified to the aforesaid extent. The rest of the order dated 17.06.2020 shall remain as
