JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father in law of the deceased who died within nine months of her marriage. There is omnibus allegation of illegal demand as well as torturing against the petitioner and other accused. Mother in law of the deceased has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court. The post mortem report of the deceased does not reflect any apparent injury on the person of the deceased though viscera of the dead body was kept reserved. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
