Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 293 of 2019 for the offence under sections Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 70 liters of Wine was seized. The petitioner is in custody since 1.12.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two
